The signage panels were made of wooden boards with printed adhesive sheets applied to the surface.

The metal information boards each weigh approximately 3 kilograms.

Since the prints were very large, the graphic files were prepared as vector data.

The exhibition relied solely on the building’s original natural lighting. As it was held in the Former Bank of Japan Hiroshima Branch, an A-bombed heritage building, no additional spotlights were used in order to preserve the atmosphere and significance of the space itself.

The boards were self-standing with sturdy built-in supports.

Ample space was provided between each work to ensure comfortable accessibility for all visitors.

The graphic files were provided to the printer in Adobe Illustrator format.

The signage and boards were wrapped in protective packaging and transported by a professional shipping company.

Sturdy stainless steel pipes were used at the top and bottom to reinforce the structure and securely support the large tapestry.

The exhibition text was provided in both English and Japanese.

The graphics were prepared in CMYK, using a rich black (C60 M40 Y40 K100) to achieve a deeper and more distinct black on the white background.

As the venue is located in central Hiroshima and faces a major street and tram station, the layout was designed with generous open space to ensure a comfortable flow even with a large number of visitors.

The signage panels were made by printing on adhesive sheets and mounting them onto sturdy boards, rather than specifying a particular material thickness.

A matte material was used to minimize glare and reflections on the information boards.

The A4 information boards were supported by stainless steel bases.

QR codes were included on the posters to guide visitors to the official Hiroshima Peace Song lyrics page, allowing them to reflect on its meaning. Additional QR codes linked to web pages explaining the creator’s intent, details about the Hiroshima Appeals posters, and information on where to purchase the works.

The signage panels were made with waterproof adhesive materials, so no additional lamination was required.

An information board was installed at the entrance, indicating the locations and contents of each display, along with general guidance for the poster exhibition.
